Plan a Visit

Sunday worship is how we remember and relive the story that holds us together: God’s transforming love, shown in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Come as you are, and we’ll explain what we’re doing as we go. You’ll find music from many Christian traditions, old and new, along with prayers, symbols like the bread and the cup (called the Eucharist or communion), and space and time to worship with your mind, heart, and body.

We worship as one community, and children and youth are part of it, with a nursery and programs for every age.

We'd love to have you join us this Sunday. Here's everything you need to know before you walk in.

Let us know you're coming!

  • Sundays at 10:30–11:45 am

1371 Truman Ave, Los Altos, CA 94024

  • Come as you are. Wear whatever you're comfortable in.

What happens in the service. We sing, pray, read Scripture, and hear a message. Our music blends songs old and new. On the first Sunday of the month, we celebrate communion. All are welcome at the table.

What the message is for. Our Sunday sermons aim to open our hearts to God's life-giving word and transform us into the likeness of Christ. [Optional: one sentence on the current series.]

Afterward. Stay for coffee and conversation. It's the best way to meet people.

  • Parking and arrival. Park in the lot and enter through the double doors on Truman Ave. A greeter will point you the rest of the way.

Accessibility. Our entrances, sidewalks, and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance. If you have any questions or need help, contact us beforehand.

  • Your kids. Children are warmly welcome. During the sermon, they're free to stay with you, and please don't worry about noise or wiggles. We want the little ones to worship God with us, too.

If you'd like another option, drop off your children at 10:45 am:

    • Nursery (ages 0–2) and children's programs (pre-K through 5th grade) are in the nursery through the hallway from the sanctuary. Teachers check in; parents/guardians sign out by 11:45 am.
    • Middle school and high school Sunday School is on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month in the patio room next to the playground area. On the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month, students remain with their families through the worship service.

Pastor Victoria Gilmore of Foothill Covenant Church leads our children's ministry, and volunteers from both Grace and Foothill care for our nursery, children, and students.

  • We're a multi-ethnic, multigenerational church on the border of Los Altos and Mountain View.

Pastor Steve and Winnie Wong founded GCCC in 1997. Pastor “Joey” Alan Le began serving as Lead Pastor in 2026. You'll be greeted at the door by someone who'd love to say hello. You are welcome to wear a name tag if you'd like.

  • That's okay. You don't have to know anything or believe anything to join us. Come, ask questions, and see for yourself how much God loves you.

  • Do I need to dress up? No. Come as you are.

How long is the service? About 75 minutes.

Will I be asked to stand up or give something? No. Visitors are never put on the spot. Giving is for those who wish to give.

Can I take communion? On communion Sundays, all are welcome at the table. We always have pre-packaged wafers and juice available.

What if I'm running late? Come anyway. We'll find you a seat.

Is there a way to connect beyond Sunday? Yes. We have small groups, monthly potlucks, a prayer team, and ways to serve.

  • You don't have to, but we'd love to look for you.
